My present menu consists of three categories: Thai Bowls, Gourmet Tacos and Duck Wings. I wanted to bring together some of my favourite flavours and do lamb, pork belly, pork shoulder, shrimp and duck in ways you would traditionally only experience in the finest restaurants and bistros. (see Menu).
And when it comes to special events, I will custom-create a menu that’s right for the occasion. To date I have done 'Eggs Benny Sundays': Eggs Benedict w/Smoked Duck; a 5-course fund-raising dinner with wine pairings featuring Beef Tartare, Scallops and Pork Belly; Bridal showers with home-made pasta, flat-breads and shrimp paté.
